How do I book a taxi?
There are several ways to book a taxi with us. You can either call us on 02365 (Domestic), book through our website or our App. Booking with these methods gives you up to 20 percent discount on your journey. If you order through our App, you will at all times receive maximum prices which are based on the distance of your route. Download our app today!
When will the taxi arrive, and how do I know it’s mine?
This depends on the availability of taxis at your location. It usually takes 5 to 10 minutes before the taxi arrives. When you book a taxi with us, you will always recieve a confirmation SMS that the taxi is on its way. The SMS will in addition contain detailed information about the license number of the taxi so you can easily find the correct taxi. The taxi driver will also call you on the number you have registered when he is at the fetch address.
Lost and found
All our drivers are instructed to deliver lost property to the Police Office of Lost and found within 24 hours after completed shift. If you succeed immediately in getting hold of the taxi you lost something in, the taxi driver provides the the possibility to deliver the item to a desired address. N.B! This is an additional service that our drivers will charge you for, as they are not obliged to deliver forgotten items to private individuals. Regular rates will apply.

Any items left behind will be delivered to the Police Station in Grønland.
