What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person, including, among other things, name, postal address, e-mail address, IP address and mobile phone number.
Who is the data controller?
02365.no, Grønland 12, 0190 by the general manager, is the data controller for the personal data processed for the purposes stated below. This means, for example, that it is primarily us who have responsibilities and obligations under the Personal Data Act. A company that processes data on our behalf is called a data processor. When we use a data processor, we ensure that we have data processing agreements with them that regulate how they can process the data they are given access to.
What personal data do we process?
We collect personal data within the following categories:
- Basic information such as name and contact details
- Demographic information
- Information about your customer relationship, such as inquiries to our customer service
- Information when you visit our website (including date and time, type of PC/mobile phone, operating system and browser you use, IP addresses, screen size, etc.)
- Information in connection with applications for a license, transfer from another control center, application for a job as a driver with our licensees (CV, driver’s license, driving license and certificates)
- Any other information collected on the basis of your consent. In that case, you will receive specific information about what data we collect and what it is used for when we ask for your consent.
How do we get personal data about you?
We collect data in several ways:
- We receive personal data directly from you when you subscribe to/order our services or contact our customer center. This information is necessary for us to be able to provide the service you request or to follow up on your inquiries.
- We receive personal data indirectly from you when you use our services, e.g. our website. e.l. This information is important in order to improve and customize the services we offer you.
- We receive personal data from other sources when you come into contact with our partners via distribution channels connected to our distribution channels or if your data is available in public registers. This information is important for us to be able to improve and customize the services we offer you.
- We also receive personal data directly and indirectly from you when you visit our Facebook page, e.g. when you follow us on Facebook, contact us on Facebook’s chat solution, or when you share, like or comment on our Facebook posts. For such personal data

- It is of course voluntary to share your personal data with us.
- However, some information may be necessary in order to execute any agreement you have entered into with us, including information used for invoicing etc.
What do we use your personal data for?
All personal data is treated by 02365.no as important information. 02365.no’s processing of personal data complies with the laws in force at any given time. 02365.no uses personal data for the following purposes:
- For the performance of services, orders or other contracts to which the registered party is a party. For example. to be able to complete your order to transfer the license to 02365.no, booking a taxi ride with one of our cars made on 02365.no.
- Comply with legal settlements imposed on 02365. Such as in connection with accounting and to provide information to competent authorities when required to do so by Norwegian law.
- When advertising and hiring drivers and licensees, we use personal data to assess candidates who apply for positions with us either unsolicited or through an advertisement.
- For the legitimate interests of 02365.no for internal business purposes. Such interests are e.g. to improve our products or our websites, or contact you to get feedback on our services and products. For example. to provide you with the best possible user experience on our websites with automatic adaptation of content display to your screen.
- We use your personal data when necessary for the follow-up of a service to be provided to you. This can be in accordance with a contract or booking a car via our customer service, etc.
- We can then contact you by email or by post. phone by e.g. delays (bad weather, lack of capacity), cancellations and possible carpooling.
- If your e-mail address is provided when purchasing from 02365.no AS, we will use your e-mail address to contact you for voluntary feedback on our products and services. Such as to send you an email after your purchase to find out if the taxi arrived as it should, or how satisfied you are with our services in general
basis and if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our services. - With your consent, personal data may be processed in connection with direct marketing to you. This may be, for example, to send out newsletters or to provide you with customized marketing and membership offers for our premium services in 02365.no.
- We may process personal and traffic data in order to provide

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Our processing of your personal data may be based on one or more of the following grounds:

- fulfillment of agreement with you;
- fulfillment of a legal obligation;
protection of your vital interests; - perform a task in the public interest; or vi) for purposes related to a legitimate interest.
How do we secure your personal data?
We have established procedures and measures to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data and that all processing of the data otherwise takes place in accordance with applicable law.
Who do we share personal data with?
02365.no AS does not sell personal data to third parties.
In principle, personal data is not shared with third parties, with the exception of other companies in the group of which 02365.no is a part. This is for the same purposes for which the data was collected.
02365.no AS also shares the information with our subcontractors so that we can deliver the agreed service. In such cases, we enter into so-called data processing agreements that regulate access to and use of the data.
We may also share personal data with public authorities where there is a statutory duty of disclosure.
How long do we store personal data?
- We store your personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes of processing the data. However, this does not apply if storage is required by law for a longer period than the purpose requires. Anonymized data is not subject to restrictions on processing, as it can no longer be linked directly or indirectly to an individual.
Your rights - The data protection legislation gives you a number of rights, including the right to access, rectify and delete the personal data we have stored about you.
- We are committed to ensuring that the personal data we have stored about you is accurate and up to date. If you discover that the information we have stored about you is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us as indicated below.
- This also applies if you want the stored data to be deleted.
- As regards the requirement for erasure, there is an exception for the data that is necessary for us to provide a service that you still wish to have access to, or it is required by law to retain the data for a specific period of time.
- You also have the right to data portability. This means that you will be able to take your personal data with you in a machine-readable format.
- You also have the right to demand that the data be deleted. Send an email to kontakt@02365.no to request access or request deletion of your personal data.
- You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to object to personal profiling and segmentation. This means that you can demand that your personal data is not analyzed to reveal your behavior, preferences or needs.
